It is our endeavour to provide cost effective management solutions for contractors striving to improve business management at low affordable rates. Mark Hines

Mark has been developing Arb Pro since 2007 and testing the product in a busy AA Approved tree contracting environment.

Mark has an Arboricultural background and understands the complexities involved in the day to day running of a busy tree contracting business. Since 2007 Mark has been using the software on a daily basis and is our expert user support operative and sales person. Mark has a National Diploma in Arboriculture and has worked in the Arb industry since 1992.

Mark is also an important member of the team with regards to creative software development, utilising his knowledge and understanding of common logistical requirements organising a busy tree contracting business. His Arb business knowledge helps shape development of the software, providing solutions to common everyday data management issues.

James Lavery, Director
James Lavery

James has been programming and writing software since 1986, during this period James has developed a wealth of knowledge and experience developing commercial grade software.

James leads software development and is the technical developer with hands on development of Arb Pro software. James manages a team of software developers and heads up technical support and future development. James is on hand for existing users providing technical support.

Kelly Hines, Office Administrator
Kelly Hines

Kelly has been working in an office environment since 2000, supporting colleagues with all administrative tasks, payroll and customer support. During this time Kelly has developed a wealth of knowledge and experience managing all office and administrative duties.

Kelly leads office administration, management and technical support at Arb Pro, with hands-on experience using the software. Kelly alongside Mark is on hand daily to support and train software users. Kelly also works closely with the developers ensuring known issues are rectified as efficiently as possible.
