The software has been in development and use since 2008! It was originally developed by a tree surgeon frustrated at the lack of software available specifically for tree surgery. The product has been well field tested for many years and is used throughout the UK and Europe by many different tree surgery businesses.
We are not a young developing business subject to unavoidable pit falls often experienced when trail blazing a new product, we are well established and not a fledgling organisation, like when we started back in 2008. We are well established and here for the long haul, our development journey isn’t finished and we still regularly release updates each and every year.

This is vitally important as often tree surgeons are working in remote rural locations. Our mobile app does not depend on a connection to the internet. Users can safely and dependably collect data using the mobile app without any requirement to connect to the internet.
No-one has access to your account unless you invite them. Each user you have signed up and registered as a user and authorised to use Arb Pro, has a username and password for signing in. No one can access your account without your authorisation.
Users have an option to download their client base as frequently as they wish using the CSV export functions.
Users are not tied into a contract, the system is provided on a monthly pay as you go direct debit plan, paid monthly in advance.
